Conocida popularmente en mi país como "Cuculí", es una especie de paloma que habita en regiones de Norte, Centro y Sudamérica hasta el sur de Chile. En Perú se le encuentra comúnmente en las ciudades, donde convive fácilmente con el hombre.

Known commonly as "Cuculí", this also called "West Peruvian Dove" or "Pacific Dove", this dove lives along almost all Northern, Central and Southern American coastal cities, until the south of Chile. In Peru it can be very easily seen, sharing the humans' urban habitats.
