Actualmente la vejez parece haberse algo bastante duro de aceptar por las personas, en todas partes del mundo. Este hombre entrado en años estaba sentado en esta cafetería, y nadie parecía darse cuenta de que estaba allí.

Nowadays, ageing seems to have turned out to be something quite unacceptable everywhere. This old man was sitting in that cafeteria, and nobody even seemed to notice.
